To show prices in your local currency (pounds, euros or US dollars) we read your approximate country from your connection, through our CDN, and we remember a currency you pick on your own device. This is not stored on our servers, not used for tracking and does not identify you.

What we collect and why

When you use the instant quote generator or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, a description of your project, the number of users, your timeline, the features you select, any referral code, and the quote we generate. We use this to prepare and email your quote, to reply to your enquiry and to take steps towards a contract with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking pre-contract steps at your request.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use quote details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and to send email (for example hosting and email delivery providers). They process data on our instructions. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quote information for as long as is needed to respond, to manage any resulting project and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We keep this to a minimum.

• Strictly necessary: one first-party cookie, lol_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days. It does not need consent.
• Analytics: only if you choose to accept them. They give us anonymous statistics about how the site is used. They are off until you opt in.
• Marketing: we do not currently use marketing cookies.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
